Frequently asked questions

How do I restore my progress?

If cloud sync is available on your device and enabled in the app, open Settings and use the restore or sync controls. If progress still looks missing, contact support and include your device model, iOS version, and a short description of what changed.

How do I save collection images to my camera roll?

Pocket Journey asks for photo library permission when you save an image. If saving fails, check that Photos access is allowed for the app in iOS Settings and then try again.

Why am I not receiving trip notifications?

Make sure notifications are enabled both in the app and in iOS Settings. If Focus mode or notification summaries are active, alerts may be delayed or hidden.

How do I report a bug or request help?

Email contact@kmapps.ca with your device model, iOS version, the app version if available, and screenshots or screen recordings when possible. Clear reproduction steps help us respond faster.
