Frequently asked questions

My score didn't appear on the Game Center leaderboard.

Scores are submitted automatically when your run ends. Make sure you are signed in to Game Center in iOS Settings before you play. If you were offline during the run, the score may not have been submitted. Replay a run while online and it should sync.

How do I get a second chance after game over?

A revive button appears on the Performance Review screen after game over — tap it to watch a short rewarded ad and continue your run with your performance partially restored. One revive is available per run.

How do I view my personal best scores?

Tap the Hall of Fame button on the main menu to see your top scores saved locally on your device. For global rankings, tap Leaderboard to open Game Center.

How do I report a bug or request help?

Email contact@kmapps.ca with your device model, iOS version, the app version if available, and screenshots or a description of what happened. Clear reproduction steps help us respond faster.

Data and deletion requests

All gameplay data — themes, custom images, and Hall of Fame scores — is stored locally on your device. To clear it, delete and reinstall the app. Game Center scores are managed through your Apple ID and can be removed via your Game Center profile.

For any other privacy-related request, email support and mention Burnout Smasher in the subject line.
